INNER VISION
This painting could be viewed as a self-portrait, since it reflects how I see the world. It is extraordinarily complex, but beautifully bound by layers of multifaceted minutia. I feel and see patterns in everything, and it brings me great joy to interpret the intricacy of ideas, nature, and people in my artwork. In Marianne Williamson’s poem, “Our Deepest Fear,” she says, “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." It took me years to learn this, but it's never too late to be young again.
